Thank you for your interest in becoming a client of The AuStella Pet Parlor. To maintain a calm, personalized, one-on-one grooming environment, all new client requests must be reviewed before booking.

Important: AuStella Pet Parlor operates on a scheduled recurring grooming model.

At this time we are unable to accept non-frequent or one-time grooming clients.

• All appointments must be rebooked at the time of pickup• Grooming schedules are typically every 4–8 weeks depending on breed, coat type, and grooming needs•

Clients unable to maintain a regular grooming schedule may not be accepted or may be placed on a waitlist.

This policy allows us to maintain the calm, one-on-one environment that AuStella is known for while ensuring every pet receives proper coat maintenance.

AuStella Pet Parlor specializes in maintaining pets on a healthy grooming routine rather than occasional grooming visits. This allows us to deliver the highest standard of care and comfort for every pet we serve.
